All above rates are quoted in euro (€), for two persons, per night and include:

Champagne American breakfast
All applicable taxes
Transfers to/from airport/port
Liquor and welcome platter upon arrival. Fresh fruits and mineral water replenished daily
Free entrance to Vedema Resort's fitness center with Cybex equipment and free use of open-air Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath
Free use of umbrellas and sun beds at the private beach of the hotel in Perivolos (15 km distance)
Free wifi access in all suites and public areas

Extra bed must be requested prior to arrival at a charge of 150/200 euro respectively, including champagne American breakfast and taxes.
Due to the particular construction of the hotel (on the cliff), no children facilities provided and no children accepted under the age of 14 years old, for safety reasons.

Credit card is required to guarantee a reservation
Cancellation Policy: Release period for all seasons is 30 days.
30 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, 50% of the stay is charged as non refundable deposit
10 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, 50% of the stay is charged as non refundable deposit
No show, or departure prior to the scheduled date, 100% of the stay is charged
In case of modification-within the release period- to the number of nights booked, a penalty equal to 50% of the nights cancelled will be charged in addition to the first deposit.
Check-in time: 3 pm. Check-out time: 12 noon. Late check-out charges apply.
